RESOLUTION NO. 13
~IEREAS, the City of Bremerton holds title to the following described
real property:
South 35 feet of Lot 6, Block 3, Warren Smith's Acre Tracts,
Kitsap County, Washington,
and C. Bourdieu, a bachelor, has been renting the said real property, which
is improved with a small dwelling house thereon, at an agreed rental of $5.00
per month, since September 29, 1938, by an oral understanding with the City
commission of the City of ~remerton; that the monthly rental of $5.00 per
month is now delinouent in the sum of $115.00, and it is desired that a rental
agreement be made by ~nd between the City of Bremerton and the said C. Bourdieu,
which will provide for the payment of the delinquent rent, now due, to the City
of Bremerton, and for monthly rent at the rate of $5.00 per month,
NOT THEREFORE, BE IT '~ESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton that the ~ayor and City Clerk be'~nd they are authorized and instructe(
to execute, o'n behalf of the City of Bremerton, a rental agreement with the said
C. Bourdieu, providing for the payment of the amount due the City of Bremerton
in the sum of $115.00 at the rate of $5.00 per month, and providing for the
rental of the property herebefore described, by the said C. Bourdieu, at the
rate of $5.00 per month, and further providing that the said C. Bourdieu shall
be required to vacate the said premises in the event he fails to make payment
of at least $10.00 in any month starting with the month of February, 1941,
until said delinquency is fully paid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all rental paid bo the City of Bremerton for
the said property under the terms of the said rental agreement, shall be
deposited to the credit of the Current Water Fund,
PASSED by the C~ty Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
29th day of January, 1941.
