~HEREAS, the owners of more than two-third of the private property
abutting along the South side of Thirteenth Street in the City of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, Washington, between the East margin of Marguerite Avenue and
the West margin of High Avenue, have petitioned the Commissioners of the
City of Bremerton to vacate the South l0 feet of Thirteenth Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND ~IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED, that said petition be
heard on the 19th day of February, 1941, at the hour of ten o'clock A.~f.,
in the Commissioners' rooms in the City Hall, in the City of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, Washington, and it is further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton, post written
notices of said hearing in three of the most public places in the City of
Bremerton, and that a like notice be posted in a conspicuous place on the
street sought to be vacated, which notices shall contain a statement that
a petition has been filed to vacate said South l0 feet of Thirteenth Street,
between the East margin of Marguerite Avenue and the West margin of High
Avenue, together with a statement of the time and place fixed for the hear-
ing on said petition.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
this 18th day of January, 1941.
