BE IT IE~0LVED that tile City Commission does hereby accept the terms of a certain sewer
pipe e?sement this day read to the City Commission, whereby Hugh Ward and Erma Ward, his
wife, and 'N. F. Stephenson and Edna Stephenson, his wife, have granted an easement to lay a
thirty (30) inch sewer pipe approximately ten (10) feet under the surface of the ground along
the line between Lots 27 and 28, Block 22, Third Addition to Charleston, Kitsap County,
Washington, and. the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton are hereby authorized to
si~n the said easement for the purpose of binding the City to comply with the conditions
t~ereof, in that the City agrees to replace the ground in its original state after installing
said sewer, to back, fill properly so that there will be no settlement of the ~round and install
a six t6) inch tap to the existing surface of the ground on said Lot 27 and also on said
Lot 28, without cost cr charge to the property owners.
YA[~$ED by tke City Co~ission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~iayor, and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication thereof, this 24th day of December, 1941.
