WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Federal Works Agency for and in behalf of
the City of Bremerton, (herein called the "Owner"), an application for Federal
assistance under the Defense t~ublic Works ~rogram, and the United States of America,
acting by and through the Federal ~¥orks Administrator, has transmitted to the Owner
en Offer of Federal assistance in connection with the public works referred to in
said ap?lication and described in s~id Offer; ~nd
~EREXS, ssid Offer h~s been duly read in open meeting ~nd has been fully
considered in every respect in accordance with the pertinent rules of procedure
end legal requirements; and
WHEREXS, said Offer has been made a part of the public records of the Owner;
'~REA$, it is deemed ~dvisable and in the public interest that said Offer be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton
that the said 0f~er of the bnited States of ~merica, a true an~ correct copy of which
is hereto ~ttached, be and the same hereby is accepted without reservation or
qualification.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and. attested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof, this l?th day of December,
1941.
