RES~LUTION YC. 166A
LVHERE~S, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton
by the owner of the private property abutting upon the following described property,
to-wit:
The East five feet of Lot 11, Block 12, ~iidway Addition, Kitsap County,
State of ~qashington,
requesting that the said above described i~roperty be vacated,
NO?V THEREFORE BE IT_ RESOLVED BY THE CITY C0I~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~]~TON that
the City Commission of the City of Bremerton fix Wednesday the l~th day of January,
194~, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.~., as the time when said petition shall be heard
and determined by the said Commission;
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk is hereby ,]irected forthwith to post
written or printed notices of the said hearing in three of the most conspicuous ~laces
in the City of Bremerton, and a like notice in a conspicuous place on the above
described property, which is sought to be vacated, and which said notice shall contain
a statement that the said petition has been filed with the Commission to vacate the
said l~roperty, together with a statement of the time and place fixed by this resolution
for the hearing of the said petition.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, s~gned by the ~]~yor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 17th day of
December, 1941.
