RESOLLTION N0. 1~5
WHEREAS, the Bremerton ~,~unicipal Water Department entered into an agreement with the
Federal Works Agency, U. S. Housing Authority, negotiated by and through the ttousing Au-
thority of the City of Bremerton, as agent for the Federal Works Agency, on U. S. standard
form 33, entitled, "Invitation, Bid, and Acceptance", which was signed for and on behalf
of the 2unicipal Water Department by C. C. Casad,
NOW THi,]REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission of the City of Bremerton hereby
approves the said contract, which p~ovldes for furnishing and installing cascO-iron pipe
from Sixt~_~_nd ~iarlow Streets to the North line of Section 13, Township 24, Kitsap County,
Washington,~or $4601.00, s.s signed by C. C. Casad, City Commissioner, and
BE IT F~RTtiER RESOLVED that C. C. Casad, City CommisSioner, was duly authorized by the
City Commission to execute said contract for and on behalf of the City of Bremerton.
PAS~ZED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, and att-
ested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this lOth day of December 1941.
