with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW T?~E!-~EFORE, B.~ IT RESOLVED, that .,'ednesday, the seventh day of January, 1942, at
10:00 o'clock A.~(., of said day, at the Commission Chambers at the City Hall of the City of
Bremerton, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing upon said
assessment roll.
Bg] tT !~%~!{THER RE20LVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to give notice of the ti~,e and place of said hearing to all persons who may desire to object
t~ such assessment roll to make such objections in v~itin~ and file the same with the City
Clerk at or [:r~or to the date fixed for such hearing, by written notice to. the owner, or re-
imted owner, of the different l:ropertles, whose names appear upon said assessment roll, by
mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen days before the date herein set For such hearth, g,
to such owner, o~. re~:,uted owner, at the address of such owner as sho~n on the tax rolls of
the County Treasurer, for the property described on said list; that said clerk shall give
further notice of such hearin~ by publishing such notice at least five times in the off~
ial newspaper, the last publicatic~ of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the
date herein fi×ed for said beefing. The above mentioned improvements include a system of
storm and sanitary sewers and appurtenances, together with the doing of any and ~11 other
work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job.
