~,.~HEREAS, J. W. Anderson, also known as Joseph W. Anderson, deeded the following described
property to the City of Bremerton for alley ~urposes, without payment therefor, to-wit:

with the unde~stsnding that the said deed would be valid providing the adjoining property owner
also dedicated six feet for alley purposes, and
Ytf?7~['J;iS, the adjoining property owner does not want an alley and has refused to dedicate
a sic-foot strip adjoining the property herein described for alley purposes, and the City clsim~'
no ownership or title in:and to the property deeded by the said Anderson, snd bas never acce[~te~
the dedication o£ said six-foot strip for alley purposes, now therefore,
BE IT ~{E$0LVED that the City Cosm~ission of the City of Bremerton hereby rejects the tender
o£ the above described property for alley purposes, disclaims any right, title or ~.nterest in
or to said real property, and declares that the deed hereinbefore mentioned is of no force or
effect whatsoever.
BE IT FU~{TItER ~E2OLVED that the City Clerk of the City of 2remerton be and he is hereby i~-
structed to forward a certified co?y of the within and foregoin~ resol~tion to l',rs. R. 0. Clil-
pinger, ?024 20th Avenue N,~, Seattle, Washington, so that she may f~le the same of record.
