WHEREAS, a ,¥arrant drawn on the Library Fund, being Warrant No. 3329 in the sum of
was drawn on January 12, 1941, in favor of il. ~. ¥{ilson Company, a corporation, and said weft-
ant has never been cashed and has been lost, according tc representations made to the C~ty of
Bremerton by the said corporation,
NOW THEREFOT~E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commissicn of the City of Bremerton, that the
City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to stop payment of said warrant and to issue a du[>-
licnte wsrrant and to deliver said duplicate warrant upon the filing of a bond signed by
said ti. W. Wilson Company, a corporation, by and throu2h its corporate officers, in twice the
ameunt of said warrant, guaranteeing to save the City of Bremertcn harmless from any expense
or loss on account of the issuance of said duplicate warrant.

by the City Clerk in authentication of such passs~ve, this 28th day of November, 1941.
