7,7{EREA$, B. F. Harrison and Angle W. Harrison, his ~ife, recently presented to the
City of Bremerton a controlling interest, consJting of Five Hundred Twenty-Six shares of
stock of Olympic Hospital, Inc., a corpor.ation, and
'?.~[:!:~E,IS, the City Attorney of the City of Bremerton has advised t~e City Commission
that the City of Bremerton may not legally be the owner of any stock in any corporation,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the I','~ayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to re-
turn the said stock to the said Harrison and wife, or to transfer said stoc~.f according to
d~rect~ons in writing~ which have been or may be given by said Harrison and wife.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by .the Mayor, end
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this ~_~--~ day of November
1941.
