WHEREAS, the County of Kttsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general taxes on
Lot 14, Block 14, Reese's First Addition to Port Orchard United States Navy Yard, Kitsap
County, State of Washington, end that the said property was struck off to the said Kitsap
County at the tax foreclosure sale; that at the time of such foreclosure sale, there were
delinquent assessments against the said property payable to different local improvement
districts in the City of Bremerton; and the City of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County
the taxes thereon as by law provided and now has a Treasurer's Deed to the said property,
and the said City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and
delinquent assessments assessed against the said real property now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk thereof be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sell said above
described property to Ida Klinghammer, a widow, for the total cash price of One Hundred
Eighty and no/100ths ($180.00) Dollars, and to execute a deed in the name oX the City of
Bremerton, in favor of said Ida Klinghammer, a widow, for delivery to said purchaser upon
full payment of the said purchase price.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and att-
ested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 22nd day of October, 1941.
