Street and Fourteenth Street and which extends from Chester ~venue to Broadway Avenue beginning

10:00 &.?f., of said day, at the Co~mission Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton,
be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing upon said assessment roll.
BE IT F~(q~ER R!~SOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all persons who may desire to object to s~ch
assessment roll, to make such objections in writing and file the same wlth the City Clerk at or
l~,rior to the date fixed for such hearing, by written notice to the owner, or reputed owner, of
ti,~e ~ifferent properties, whose nsmes appear upon said assessment roll, by mailing a ~otice there,'
at le~t fifteen days before the date herein set for such hearing, to such owner or_ reputed
o,vner,, at the address oi' such owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer, for the
property described on said list; that said Clerk mhsll give further notice of such hearing by pub-
l~shing such notice ~t least five times in the official newsp:~per, the last publication of which
shall be at least Fifteen days prior to the date herein fixed for said hearing.
The above memtioned improvements incl~de a system off, cfm and sanitary sewers and appurtenamc~
together with the doing of any snd all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to
s~ch i~provements a complete job.
