RESOLUTION NO. 146
~',~7[EREAS, the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 213, providing For ass-
essments to pay for the improvement of High Avenue ~orth from Eleventh Street a distsnce of
2432 feet, in accordance with maps, plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City Clerk, has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
N(~¥ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Wednesday, the 26th day of ~ovember 1941, at the
of 10:00 A.M., of s~fd day, at the Conm~ission Chambers at the City Hsll of the City of Brem-
erton, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and p~ace for the hearing upon said ass-
essment roll.
~E IT FURTb~[i,;R R~SOL~,D, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all oersons who may desire to object
to such assessment roll, to make such objections in writing and file the same with the City
Clerk at or prior to the date i'ixed for such hearing, by written notice to the owner,
reputed owner, oF the different properties, whose names ap~ear upon said assessment roll,
by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen days before the date herein set for such hearin~
to such owner, or reputed owner, at the address of such owner ss shown on the tax rolls of
the County Treasurer, for the properly described on said list; that said clerk shall give
further notice of such hearing by publishing such notice at least five times in the off~cial
newspaper, the last publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date
~ere~n fixed for said hearing.
The above mentioned improvements include clearing, grubbing, grading, surfacing with
gravel an~ an oil coating, on High Avenue North from Eleventh Street a distance of ~45~ feet,
also the construction of four inch concrete sidewalks four feet in width, together w~th the
do]n~ of any and all other work in connection thereiwh as may be necessary to make such
proveme~ts a complete job.
