the improvement of Ohio Avenue from Thirteenth ~treet North to Port ~ashington Narrows;

Eleventh Street ~orth to Fifteenth Street; Fourteenth Street from 0~to Avenue East to
Chester ~venue; Seventeenth Street from High ~.~venue ~ast to Ohio Avenue, by clearing,
grubbing and grading; also providing for the improvement of Chester·Avenue from Eleventh
Street to Thirteenth Street by the construction of five-foot sidewal!¢g~on the west side
only, has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
~t0¥ THEREFORE, Bi£ IT ~ESO~VED, that Wednesday, the 26th day of ~ovember, lC41, at the
hour.of 10:00 A. M., of said day~ at the Commission Chambers at the City Hall of the City
of Bremerton, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing upon
said assessment roll.
BE IT FUR~FFER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and dire-
cted to give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all persons who may desire
to object to such assessment roll, to make such objections in writing and file the same
with the City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing, by written notice to
the owner, or reputed owner, of the different properties, whose names appear upon said
assessment roll, by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen days before the date here-
in set ~'or such hearing, to such owner, or reputed owner, at the address of such owner,
as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer, for the property described on said list;
that said Clerk shall give further notice of such hearing by publishing such notice at
least five times in the official newspaper, the last publication of wt~ich shall be at least
fifteen days prior to the 'date herein fixed for said hearing. The above mentioned im-
provements include clearing, gruboing and grading, ~lso the construction of a five foot
sidewalk on Chester Avenue from Elevth Street to 'l~Irteenth Street, on the west side only,
together with the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith as may be nec-
essary to make such ~mprovements a complete job.
