.~HEiIEAS, the City Commission of the City of ;~remerton by resolution Jio. 111, dated
August 19, 1941 direct~-~d the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a real estate contract For
the sale by the City of Bremerton to Oeor[fe }'. Grimm and Helen Loretta Grimm, his wife,
of the following described real property, to-wit, Lots 6, 7, 8, Block 2, First Add-
ition to Ch~rleston, Kitsap County, /'/ashington, and such real estate contr~:ct ws~s duly
executed by the i(~ayor and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton and by George t~. Grimm
on the 19th day of ~ugust, 1941, and the total sum of ,$75.00 has bcen paid to the City
of Bremerton on the purchase price o£ said contract, and
,W'[~,]'2ZAS, the said George P. Grimm and wife filed application for the purchase of
said lots and contracted to purchase the said lots in error, having looked at the wrong
real property, and never did intend to buy the property contracted to be sold,
NOW TH~£~EF0,{E,.BE IT !{ESOLVED, by the City 0ommission that the said resolution num-
bered 111 and the s~id real estate contract dated August 19, 1941, be and the same _are
hereby cancelled and declared to be of no force and effect and the City Clerk be and he
~s hereby authorized and directed to execute a warrant for ~75.00 and deliver the same
to the said Grimm upon the execution and delivery by said Grimm and wife of a ~uit claim
deed, conveying all their interest in and to sa.id real property to tke Ulty of Bremerton.
!~ASSED, b~ the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 15th day of October,
1941.
