7~E~{Ef~S, there has been filed with the Federal Works Agency for and in be-
half oF the City of Bremerton, (herein called the "0'~ner"), and application for
Federal assistance under the Defense Public 'Forks orogram, and the United States
oF ~erica, acting by end through the Federal Works k~]inistrator, has trans-
m'itted to the Owner an Offer of Federal assistance in connection with the public
works referred to in said app%ication and described in said Offer;' and
~EREA8, said Offer h~s been duly read in open meetinq and has been fully
considered in every respect in accordance with the pertinent rules of procedure
andlegal requirements; and
~{EIEAS, said Offer has been made a part of the public records of the Owner;
and
'~HEREAS, it is deemed advisable and in the public interest that said Offer
be accepted:
NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Brem-
erton that the soid Offer of the United States of ~merica, a true and correct
copy of ~ich is hereto attached, be and tile same hereby is accepted without
reservation or qualificetion.
