7~EREA$, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton adopted a resolution on the 29th
day of June, 1940, directing the ~ayor and the City C~erk to sell the following described
real property to ~aurice V. Gowde~y, a bachelor, for $400.00 cash, to-wit: Part of Tract
13, Tebbetts Decatur Acre Tracts,Jbeginning 103.46 feet South of the Northwest corner of
Tract 13, thence South 51.73 feet; thence East 107.52 feet; thence North 51.73 feet; thence
,Jest 107.52 feet to beginning, situated in Kitsap County, State of Washington, and
.~{EREAS, the sale of the said property was consummated pursuant to the said resolution,
and it now appears that the legal description hereinabove contained is erroneous and that
the legal description hereinabove contained is erroneous and that the property intended to
be sold by the City of Bremerton and intended to be purchased by ~aurlce V. Gowdey, is
properly legally described as follows:
Part of Tract #13, Tebbetts Deaatur Acre Tracts, being the South 52.23 ~'eet of the North
155.69 feet of the North one-half (N~) of Tract #13, except the West 20 feet and
except the East 6 feet thereof, Kttsap County, Washington,
NOW THiDREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the
Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authoriz ed and directed to execute and deliver
a Correction Deed to Maurice V. Gowdey, a bachelor, correctly describing the property intended
to be sold to said ~aurice V. Gowdey and containing the legal description last hereinabove
set forth.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, and attested
by the City Clerk in authentic~tion thereof, this eighth day of October, 1941.
