WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton by resolution dated
November 19~0, authorized and directed the kayor and City Clerk of said
City of Bremerton to sell the following described real property to H. E. Burke Co.
Inc.,
Part of North one-half of Tract 13, Tebbetts Decatur Acre Tracts, be-
ginning 01.73 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Tract l~,
thence South 01.?~ feet; thence East 107.52 feet; .thence North 51.?~ feet;
thence West 107.0g feet to beginning, in Kitsap County, State Of Wash
ington,
and said H. E. Burke Co. Inc., has paid the purchase price in the sum of $~00.00,
~and has received the de~d to the said property, and
'.~EREAS, an error was mede in the foregoing legal description and it is necessary
and advisable that a Correction Deed be executed by the city of Bremerton as grantor
in favor o~ H. h. Burke Co. Inc., as grantee, correctly describing the real property
intended to be sold by the City of Bremerton and intended to be purchased by the said
H. E. Burke Co. Inc.,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the ~ayor and City Clerk of the City of Brem-
erton be and they are hereby authorized to execute a Correction Deed, correctly des-
cribing the real property intended to be conveyed, as follows:
Part of Tract #l~, Tebbetts Decatur Acre Tracts, being the South 51.?Z feet
of North 10Z.~8 feet of the North 0ne-hald (~) of Tract #lZ, except the West
£0 feet thereof and except the East ~ feet thereof, Kitsap County, ~ashington.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Br~merton, signed by the ~ayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in ~uthenti~ation thereof, th~~ht~ of October, 19~l.
