WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, by resolution dated the
da~ of November, 1940, authorized and directed the Mayor and City Clerk of the
city of Bremerton to sell the following described real property to ~arie Peterson,
a divorced woman:
Part of the North half of Tract 13, Tebbetts Decatur Acre Tracts, beginning
at the Northwest corner of Tract 1~, thence South 51.73 feet; thence
East 107.52 feet; thence North 51.73 feet; thence ~;est 107.52 feet to
beginning Kitsap County, State of Washington,
and the said ~arie Peterson has paid the purchase price in the sum of $400.00 and has
received a deed to the said property, and
~HEREAS, an error was made in the foregoing legal description and it is nec-
essary and advisable that a Correction Deed be executed by the City of Bremerton
as Grantor in favor of ~arie Peterson, a divorced woman, as grantee, correctly
describing the real property intended to be sold by the City of Bremerton and in-
tended to be purchased by the said ~arie Peterson,
NOB THEREF01~E, B~ IT 2ESOLVED that the ~ayor and City Clerk of the City of
Bremerton be and they are hereby authorized to execute a Correction Deed, correctly
describing the real property intended to be conveyed, as follows:
Part of Tract #13, Tebbetts Decatur Acre Tracts, being the North 51.73 feet
of the North 0ne-half (N½) of Tract #13, except the West 20 feet and except
the East 6 feet thereof, Kitsap County, State of Washington.
PA~SED by the City Co~nission of the city of Bremerton, signed by the kayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof, this eighth day of
October 1941.
