Lots l0 to 14, inclusive, Block 18, Reese's First Addition to Port. Orchard United States
Mavy Yard, Kitsap County, Washington, and the said property was struck off to' the said
Kitsap Co~ty at the tax foreclosure sale; that at the time of such foreclosure slae, there
were delinquent assessments against the said property payable to dlfferent local impro-
vement districts in the city of 5remerton; and the city of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap
County the tmxes thereon as by law provided and now has a Treasurer's deed to the said
property, and the said City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the
taxes ~nd delinquent assessments assessed against the said real property, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Comission of the City of Breme~ton, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk thereof be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sell said above
described 'property to Edwin L. Older, a married man, for the total cash price of Seventeen
Hundred Fifty and no/100ths ($1750.00) Dollars, and to execute a deed in the n~e of the
city of Bremerton, in favor of said Edwin L. Older, a married man, for deliver~ to said
purchaser upon full payment of the said purchase price.
PASSED, by the City Co~mission of the City .of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such pass~ge, this 8th day of October, 1941.
