RESOLUTION NO. 131
',~REAS, the City Commissidn of the City of Bremerton, by Resolution No. 101
passed July 28, 1941, directing the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, to
moke application requesting the State Highway Department for funds in the amouut of
Three Thousand (~3,000.00) Dollars to be granted from the State Go.s Tax Funds
al]_oc~ted to the City of Bremerton for construction purposes to be used on the
grading, graveling and oiling of High Avenue from Eleventh Street North to end;
Seventeenth Street from High to Ohio Avenues; Fourteenth Street from Ohio to Chester
Avenues; Ohio Avenue from Thirteenth Street North to end; Lincoln Avenue from
Thirteenth to Fifteenth Streets; Chester Avenue from Eleventh to Fifteenth Streets,
and it has developed that this money is available under City Project No. 8,
NOW TtTEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Con~r~fsston of the City of Bremerton
that Resolution Mo. lO1, adopted July 28, 1941, be and the same is hereby revoked,
repealed and declared to be void and of no force and effect.
