RESOLUTION NO. 124
~.~IEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, by resolution No. 96
passed July 16, 1941, directed the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
to sell the real property in said resolution described, to N. P. Peterson, for
$2950.00 cash, and it developed that the said Peterson did not intend to offer to
~ay cash for said real property and desired to purchase said property on contract,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
that resolution No. 96, adopted on July 16, 1941, be and the same is hereby revoked,
repealed and declared to be void and of no force and effect.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 10th day of
September, 1941.
