WHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general taxes c
the following described real property, to-wit, Lot 8, Block l, First Addition to
Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington, and the said property was struck off to the said
Mitsap County at the tax foreclosure sale, there were delinquent assessments ag~nst
the said property payable to different local improvement districts ia the City of
Bremerton, and the City of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes thereon as by
law provided and has now a Treasurer's Deed to the said property, and the said (~ity of
Bremerton is desirous of sell~ng said property to pay the taxes and delinquent assess-
ments assessed against the said real property, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that the I~layor
and City Clerk thereof, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sell said
above descr~be~ real property to Thomas Willard ~'raser, a bachelor, for the total purch
ase price of One Hundred 'fen dollars ($110.001 Dollars, and for that purpose to enter
into a contract with the said Thomas ~,Villard Fraser, a bachelor, for sat. d sale, in the
name of the City of Bremerton, the said contract to provide for a cash payment of
~.'2£.00, and the balance in the sum of $88.00, payable in monthly installn~ents of $5.00,
plus interest at seven per cent per annum, payable at the time said installments are
~aid, the said contract to provide that the purchaser shall pay the taxes and assess-
ments hereafter levied, and provide that time be the essence o£ the contract, with
forfeiture of mon~es paid, in the event that the purchase price is not p~id with~u the
tinge provided therein, and also to execute a deed in the name of the City of Bremerton,
in favor of Thomas ','~illard Fraser, a bachelor; the said deed to be retained by the City
Clerk until the full purchase price shall have been paid, together with interest there-
on, and to be delivered to said purchaser at ~uch time as thee s~id purchase pr~,ce ~d
