WHEREAS, matters relating to Ivy Green Cemetery is at present under the Juris-
diction of the ~ayor of the City of Bremerton, and it is considered desirable that
said department be transferred to the Jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Finance,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that from and
after the date of this resolution, the Mayor of the City of Bremerton shall be
relieved from primary responsibility concerning matters relating to the city
cemetery, known as Ivy Green Cemetery, and such department and primary responsibility
relating thereto be and the same is hereby transferred to the Jurisdiction of the
Commissioner of Finance.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 27th day of
August, 1941.
