',~EgEAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for
general taxes on the following described real property, to-wit, Lots 6, ?
and 8, Block 2, First Addition to Charleston, Kttsap County, State of
Washington, and the said property was struck off to the said Kitsap County
at the tax foreclosure sale, there were delinquent assessments against the
said property payable to different local improvement districts in the City
of Bremerton, and the City of Bremerton did pay to Eitsap County the texas
thereon as by law provided and has now a Treasurer's Deed to the said
property, and the said City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said pro-
perry to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed against the
said real property,
NOW THER~iF0~E, BE IT 9E$OLVED, by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton, that the Mayor and City Clerk thereof, be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to sell said above described real property to
George P. Grimm and Helen Loretta Grimm, his wife, for the total purchase
price of $330.00, and for that purpose to enter into a contract with the
said George P. Grimm and Helen Loretta Grimm, his wife, for said sale in
the name of the City of Bremerton, the said contract to provide for a cash
payment of $65.00, and the balance in the sum of $270.00, payable in month-
ly installments of $10.00, plus interest at seven per cent per anm~,
paysble at the time said installments are paid, the said contract to pro-
vide that the purchaser shal[ pay the taxes and assessments hereafter
levied, and provide that time be the essence of the contract, with for~
feiture of moneys paid, in the event that the purchase price is not p~id
within the time provided therein, and also to execute a deed in the name
o£ the City of Bremerton in favor of George P. Grimm end Helen Loretta G
Grt,~, his wife, the said deed to be retained by the City Clerk until the
full purchase price is paid, together with interest thereon, and to be
delivered to said purchaser at such time as the said purchase price and
interest are pai~l iu full.
PASSED BY THE City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Maybr and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
on the 13th day of August, 1941.
