BE IT RESOLeD, that ~act 28, ~emerton Waterworks ~acts
Kits~ Cowry, Washington, be sold to ~Ve~ F. Horn ~d R~h Eileen
Horn, hie wife, for the total p~chase price of $~50.00 ~der a contract
providing that the purchasers shall pay a cash payment of $50.00 there-
on, and the balance in the s~ of $200°00 in monthly parents of $10.00
or more, each ~nth, together ~th intereston ~paid bal~ces at the
rate of six (6} percent per ann~, and ~en said payments are made,
together with interest, ~at a deed be ~livered to said purchasers
for said property.
BE IT F~ RESOLVED, that the Mayor ~d City Clerk be ~d they
~re hereby a~horized and directed to make, exec~e and deliver to said
p~chasers, in the n~e of the city of Bremerton, a contract for the
sale ~d p~chase of the above entitled property, and also to make,
exeo~e ~d at ~e time the p~chasers shall have pai~ the purchase
prise in full, ~liver to said p~chasers & good and s~ficient deed
to the said property.
