WHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general taxes
on the following described real property in Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
The North 60 feet of South 120 feet of West 1/2
Lot 5 Block 4 Warren Sm~.ths Acre Tracts, Kitsap Co~mty .~375.00
and the said real property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tax foreclosure
sale, and at the time of said sale there were delinquent assessments against said real
property payable to local improvement district or districts in the City of Bremerton
and said. City paid to Kitsap County taxes thereon as by law provided, and now has a
Treasurer's Deed to said property, and the City of Bremerton is desirous of selling
said property to Day the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed against the said real
property, now therefore,
BE IT RESOL~ZED BV THE CITY COIY~CIL OF THE CITY OF BRE~.~ERTON, THAT the City Treasurer
of said City be and he is hereby directed to sell the property hereinbefore described
at public sale to the highest and best bidder and the said City Treasurer is hereby
directed to publish a notice of sale of said property in a legal newspaper published and
of general circulation in the Uity of Bremerton in t~ree consecutive issues of s~ch news-
paper, which said notice shall set forth the r-sl property to be sold., hereinbefore
described, together with the time and place of s~id sale, which shall be between the
hours of 9 o'clock A.M., and 4 o'clock P.M. on s date to be fixed by the said City
Treasurer, at ~he front door of the City Hall in the City of Bremerton, Washington,
and said notice shall further set forth that the said sale may be adjourned from day to
day by said City Treasurer by public annomncement, made by ss. id City Treasurer, at the
time and place designated In the notice of public sale or at the time and place at
which said sale may be adjourned.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~fayo~', and
attested by the City Cleric in authentication of such passage, this 16th day of December,
1942.
