RESOLUTION NO. 275 b~y
WHEREAS, conferences have been held between the City Council of the ~ity of Bremerto
and Mr. Edward Bremer, relating to the subject matter of Ordinance No. 1503 of the City
of Bremerton, and oral agreements have been reached, relating to the subject matter of
said Ordinance No. 1503 and the harbor area described therein, which are of mutual
advantage and will eliminate needless litigation, and the City Council is unanimously
of the opinion that the pending suit for condemnation of said harbor area should be
dismissed at this time without prejudice,
NOW THE}{EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, that
the City Attorney be and he is hereby instructed to dismiss without prejudice cause
No.16905, in the Superior Court of the State of Washington for Kttsap County, entitled:
"City of Bremerton, petitioner, vs. Sophia Bremer, respondent," which is the same
identical action for condemnation of said harbor area which the City Attorney was
instructed to commence by Section 6 of said Ordinance No. 1503.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 25th day of November,
1942.
