RESOLUTION NO. 274
WHEREAS, Captain James S. Webb Jr., C.A.C., U.S. Army, Land and Claims Officer,
has requested permission on November 23, 1942, for the use of the following described
real property of the City of Bremerton, for the purpose of national defense, as here-
inafter speciflceally mentioned, and it is in the interest of all of the citizens of
the Oity of Bremerton that permission be granted as requested so that the property
and lives of inhabitants of the City of Bremerton may be protected,
NOW TWEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the ~ity of Bremerton that
permission be granted to the 303d Coast Artillery Barrage Balloon Battalion to use
the following described city property for the purposes hereinafter mentioned, to-wit:
Lot 16, Tebbitt's Decatur Acre Tracts located at Nipsic
and 13th Streets in Manette.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk, in authentication of such passage, this 25th day of
November, 1942.
