RESOLUTION NO. 2V2
WHEREAS, a contract has been let to A.P. Hendrix for the construction of a pumping
house and station on Anderson Creek, in connection with the Bremerton Waterworks pro-
gram, also known as Washington Docket No. 4S-165, and
WHEREAS, because of a shortage in labor and materials, said A.P. Hendrix has been
dela~ed in the £ullfillment of said contract, which delay is without any fault on the
part of the said A.P. Hendrlx, and
WHEREAS, the said A.P. Hendrix has requested an extension of time for the £ullfill-
ment of his contract in connection with the Bremerton Waterworks system, Washington
Docket No. 45-185, sa~d said time is hereby extended to December l, 1942, and the City
of Bremerton by extending said time does hereby waive any penalties incurred by the said
A.P. Hendrix for failure to fullfill said contract within the time provided for therein,
until December l, 1942.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this llth day
of November, 1942.
