and the work done on ~d contracts has heretofore been ~ccepted ~s fully completed by
the sa~d V. F. Walters, and,
WHEREAS, the sa~d V. F. W~lt~rs has heretofore r~q~ested an extention of t~e for the
completio's of the aforess~5 contracts an,~ such request by inadvertance hsd not i~eretofore
been prasented ~ the City Co~]ncll of the City of Bremerton, and,
W[[EREAS, the extention of time requeste~' by V. F. Walters was necessitated b7 reason
oF the usual delay in procurring labor and material and s~]ch extention ~.~o~ld have been
immediately given ~der the circ]nmstances.
NOW THE~FO/~, BE IT R~fSOLVE~ by the City Co~ncil of thc C~ty of ~e~erton, that the
extent:Ion of time requested by V. F. Walters in contracts 1, 3, and 4, Wash. Docket
45-172, be and the smme is hereby granted snd the City of Bremerton does hereby expressly
w~ive any rf. ght which they may have had '~der said c~-.ntracts wfth V. F. ',Talters bl~ v~rt~e
of the ss~d V. F Wr~lters not hav~.ng commleted t~ said contracts within th~ tf_me l~m~t
spec~fied therein.
