In order for the troops of the army of the United States and their animals, veh~.cies,
an~:t equipment to enter, maneuver ~pon~ pass over, bivouac, or camp, and to use the water
therein or thereon for drinking, cooking, and cleaning purposes, and,
WHEREAS~ it is necessary that such pe~isslon be given the Northwest Sector Rents
and Claims Board in order to cooperate with the United Statos Army and to assest the
United States Army in the c~efense of the Bremerton area.
