~tEREAS, the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 217, pro"iding
for assessments to pay for the improvement of Broadway Avenue between Fifteenth Street
and Sixteenth Street, by a systc~ of storm and sanitary sewers and appurtenances,
has been f~led with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW TiiEREFO~E, ?E IT RESOLVED that Wednesday, the 18th day of November, 1942,
at 10 o'clock A.~,~., of saiS day, at the Co~cil Chambers at the City Hall of the City
of Yremerton, be and the s~e is hereby fixed as the time and ~lace for the hear~mg
upon said assessment roll.
AND BE IT FURT?~ER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk be snd he is hereby authorized
and directed to give notice of the time and place of sa~d hearing to all persons Who
may desire to object to such assessment roll, to make such objections In wrftimg and
file the ssme with the City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for s,~ch hearing,
written notice to the owner or reputed owner of the different properties, whose names
appear upon s~.~ch assessment roll, by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen (15)
days before the date herein set for s~eh hearing, to such owner or reputed owner, ~t
the address of such owner as shown on the ts~ rolls of the County Treasurer, for
property described on said list; an~ shall give further notice of such hearing by
publish~ g such notice at least fi~,e times in the official newsma~ar, the last mublica-
tfon of ~hieh shall be at ].east fifteen days prior to the date here~n fixed for
said hearing.
The above mentioned improvements include a system of storm and sanitary sewers
and a~p~rtenances, together with the doln~ of any and sll other work in connection
therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job.
