WHEREAS, the Berry Engineering Company, engineers in charge of the project
hereinafter ~entioned for the City of Bremerton, has certified under date of October
14, 1942, to the City Co~mission as follows:
"Bremerton City Council
Bremerton, Washington
Gentlemen:
We hereby certify that all work has been completed and materials
furnished according to terms of contract, on the following:
Contract Nc 1 Project WASH 45 - 17~
Contract No 3 Project WASH 45 - 172
Contract No 4 Project WaSH 45 - 17~
We recommend formal acc,-,ptance of the work as fully completed
and contract properly executed as of th.~.s date.

number being the number supplied by the Federal Works Agency, be sn~ the said
work is herebM accepted as fully completed by V.F. Walters, as of the 14th dsy
of October, 194~,
