WHEREAS, in connection with Washington Docket No. 45-172, it has been necessary to
construct si. de sexYers, whack were not contemplated at ~.e time of the contract for in-
sta!lation of sewers was entered into between tke City of Brer;lerton an5 V. ~'. ~'alters,
contractor, and
%,Vf[~?A~, the said V. F. Walters has been requested to submit 8. proposal for th~
furnishing of all labor, materials and other costs in connection wit}] th~ construction
of said sidr sewers which were not contemplate~ at the time the original contract was
eDtered into~ and
~f~EREA5, V. F. Walters has proposed to furnish 122 lineal feet of s~x inch ~6 ~n.)
sewer p~pe furnished an~ ~nstalled complete, for th, total amount of One Hundred twenty-
two (~12~.00) ~llars, and
WHER?~AS, said proposal is reasonable an<~ has been approved by ~e Federal '~;orks
Administration,
?~0~¥ ~HEREFO]~E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Co~ission of the ~t~ of Bremerton that
the proposal of V. F. Walters, ~o install 1S2 llne~l f-et of six inch sewer p~pe, for the
sum of ~122.00, be and the s~me ~s hereby accepted rand approved, an~ tke ~ayor of the
C~t~f of Bren,rton is hereb~ authorized an~ d~rected to not~fy the said V. ?. YJslters of
the acceptanc~ of his proposal by the City of Bremerton; ~d to further order the said
V. ¥. Walters to proceed forthwith wfth the said installation.
