RESOLUTION NO. 246
BE IT RESOLVED, that contract memorand~nn 5-1-2, F.W.A. Docket No. 45-172, Unit A,
sewage facilities, for the City of Bremerton, Washington, which has been approved by
the regional engineer of the Federal Works Agency at the request of the City of Bremer-
ton, be and is hereby officially approved by the City Commission of the Oity of Bremer-
ton. The said contract memorandum relates to the change order in the work at the present
time on the above numbered docket, by V. F. Walters, requiring an addition of $32~7.33
to the scheduled cost, by adding an eight inch sewer line from the intersection of
Cambrian Avenue and Burwell Street to the proposed Mountain Ridge Park Hospital and to
the Mountain Ridge Army Camp, and which increased the original schedule~ cost from
$116,877.27 to $120,124.60.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the additional cost, or so much thereof ss may be nec-
essary, shall be paid for by the O!ty of Bremerton in the event the entire contract
exceeds the amount previously allotted by the City and the Federal Works Agency.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, s~gned by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authenticstlon of such passage, this 29th day of July, 194~
