RESOLUTION NO. 242
WHEREAS, a date for hearing ~n the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 222, was set for July 22, 1942, and the matter of said assessment roll was co~-
s~dered by the C~ty Co~mmis~_~.on and it was discovered that said assessme~~ roll was
in error in that no credit was given to the various properties where s~dewalks had
been constructed prior to the doing of the work, under Local Improvement District
No. 222, and that in orderto make f~r and equ[tab!e assessr~ents ~t w[l! be nece~'~s~ry
to make a new assessment roll,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of ~remerton
that t he assessment roll now on file with the City Clerk, for Local Improvement
District No. 222~ be and the same is here~y rejected ~nd the City Engineer is dir-
ected to prepare a new assessment roll, file the same w~th the City Clerk, so that
a t~me may be fixed for s hearing on such new and amended assessment roll s~ not, ce
of hearing thereon be given as required by law.
