WHEREAS, the City Commission by resolutitn approved the sale of bomds in Loc~.,1
Imorovement District Nos. 212 and ~°14, o~er the counter, oro~iding the Reconstr~ct]o~
Finance Uorporati~n would give its permission, and
WHEREAS, t~e Reconstruction l~'inance Corporation has given perm]ss!on for the sale
of the said bonds, providing they be sold at not less than oar plus accrue¢] interest,
and
WHE/~EAS, the City Treasurer, with the consent of the members of the C]~ty Corem!safe
solr] the said bonds on the 3rd day of J~ly, 19~2, as hereinafter set ferth,
