RESOLUTION NO. 236
WHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for genera].
taxes on the following described real property in Kitsap County, Washington, Lot 13,
Block 4, Andersons Bayview 2ddition to Port Orchard, Price ~500.~0. Lots 6 ~ 7 - 8
9 - 10, Block 5 except East 10 feet, First Addition to Charleston, Price ~1100.00,
and the said real property was struck off to said Kftsap County at the tax fore-
closure sale, and at the time of said sale there were delinquent assessments against
said real property payable to local improvement district or 5istr~cts in the City
of Bremerton an,~ sai~ Oity paid to Kttsao County taxes thereon as by law provided,
and ~ow h~s a Treasurer's Deed to said ~ro~erty, ~ the C~.ty of Bremerton ~s desirous
of sellin? said property to pay the taxes an~ delinquent assessments assessed against
the sa~d real property, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVE~.~ BY THE CITY CO~MTSSI0~ 0F T~fE CITY O~ BREMERTOM that the City
Treasurer of sai~ City be and ~ ts h~reby ~irecte~ to sell the property hereinbefore
~]escr~beU at public sale to the highest an~ best bidder sn~ the said City Treasurer
is hereby d~rected to publish a notice of sale of sai~ prcp~rty in s legal newspaper
oubl~shed and of general circulation in the City of Bremerto~'~ in three consecutive
issues of such newspaper, which said notice shall set forth the real prooerty to be
sold, hereinbefore described, together w~ th the time and place of said sale, whic~
shall be between the hours of 9 o'clock A.I',i., and 4 o'clock P.M. on a date to be
fixe~ by the said Olty 'freasurer, at the front door of the City Hall tn the C~ty of
Bremerton, Wsshington; and sa~d notice shall further set forth that the said sale
may te adjourne~ from day to day by said City Treasurer by public announcement,
made by said City '~reasurer, at the time and place designated in the not,ce of public
sale or at the time and place at which safe; sale may be adjourned.
