RESOLUTION NO. 2~5
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the bonds ~n
Local Improvement Districts, Nos. 212 and 214, can now be sold at par privstely.
BE JT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Reconstruction Finance Corporation has given to the
City of Bremerton a Commitment to buy the said bonds.
BE IT F[~TN?2 RESOLVED that the City of Bremerton proceed to sell said bonds privately
if the Reconstruction Finance Corporation will give to the City of Bremerton the necessary
permission and will waive any charges or claims which it may have against the City of
Bremerton on ~ccount of matters r~lating to the said two districts.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVFD that the City Attorney of the City of Bremerton is hemeby
directed to write an air mail letter to the Reconstruction Finance Corporation seeking
permission to sell said bonds priv~tely and assurances that no bi].], or claim for charges
will be presented to the City of Bremerton by the sa~d corporation.
PASSED by the C~ty Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Acting ~iayor,
~nd attested by tl~e City Clerk in suthentic0tion of such passage, this 10th day of June, 19,
