Resolution accepting a deed from the Bremerton Housing Authority of the City of
Bremerton to the City of Bremerton to certain property within the limits of those
housing projects known as Westpark and Westpark Extension for street, roadway and
sidewalk purposes.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton:
Section 1. That the deed from the. Housing Authority of the City of Bremerton,
a body politic and corporate, organized under the laws of the State of Washington to
the City of Bremerton, on the 28th day of April, 1942, to the following described
real property; in Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the North boundary of Arsenal Way, which
is South 703.30 feet and West 444.06 feet from the Northeast corner of
Section 21, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., thence along the Northerly
boundary of Arsenal Way N. 69°27'20'' W. 245.97 feet; thence N. 66o11'20"
W. 688.27 feet, to true point of beginning; thence N. 0040'40'' E 218.05
feet to a point; thence S 66o08'50" E. 160.21 feet to a point; thence N.
l°51'05'' E. 495.26.feet; thence N. 12°56'47'' E. 178.54 feet; thence N.
47o36'57" W. 134.69 feet to point on a cur~e having a radius of 432.73
feet; thence along said curve through an arc subtended by a chord the

containing a reservation to the Grantor, its heirs, successors and assigns, of an
~easement for the laying, maintaining and repairing of water main and other utility
installation under the above described areas and adjacent thereto, which areas are
indicated on the map entitled Exhibit "A", attached to said deed, a duplicate print
of which map is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby
accepted.
Section 2. That the various streets, boulevards, avenues, roads, and drives
referred to in Section l, of the ordinance, namely Russell Road, Baer Boulevard,
Galyan Drive, McNeal Avenue, and portions of Searle Street and Graham Way, including
sidewalks, be and the same are hereby laid off, opened, extended and established over
and across the lands in that area bounded on the North by State Highway No. 21 on the
East by Oyster Bay Avenue, and on the South and West by County Road No. 32, and Arsenal
Way, in the courses and distances shown on said map, and the easement reserved to the
grantor, its heirs, successors, and assigns, is likewise hereby established ~n accord-
ance with the courses and distances therein
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton this 27th day of
May, 1942.
