inafter described property for delinquent taxes thereon, and the City of Bremerton has
unpaid delinquent assessments upon said property duly levied in different local imp-
rovement districts and has paid the taxes thereon as by law provided and now holds sa~d
property in trust, and
WHEREAS, the State of Washington needs said real property for highway p~rposes
and has offered to pay the Ci. ty of Bremerton Ninety ($90.00) Dollars for said lot, and
the said City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and
delinquent assessments assessed against the said real property, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Com~Ission of the City of Bremerton, that the Msyor and
City Clerk thereof be and they are hereby directed to sell the following described
property, to-wit:
Lot One (1), Block Fourteen (14), Second Addition to Charleston, Kitsap County,
Washington, EXCEPT existing highway,
to the State of Washington, for the total cash purchase price of Ninety ($90.00)
Dollars, and to execute a deed in the name of the City of Bremerton, in favor of the
said State of Washington, for delivery to said purchaser upon full payment of the said
purchase price.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 15th day of April,
1942.
