RESOLUTION NO. 209
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that it is necess-
ary and advisable that the City of Bremerton purchase the following described property
from Amy Demerse, widow of C. R. Demerse, for the purchase price of Ninety ($90.00)
Dollars, for the reason that the said real property is a necessary part of the sanitary
fill which will be shortly opened up near Tracyton, Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 4; Lots 4 and 5, Block 6; Lots I and 2, Block 7; Lots
I and 2, Block 9; Lot ~Block ~[$Navy Yard Addition to Tracyton, Kitsap
County, Washington,
and that the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to execute a warrant in the sum
of Ninety ($90.00) Dollars, drawn on the Health & S~itation Fund, in favor oF the Port
Orchard Abstract Company, and deposit the s~e with the Port Orchard Abstract Company
in escrow, to be delivered to said Amy Demerse, for a deed conveying good title to the
City of Bremerton.
BE IT F~T~R RESOLVED that it is necessary and advisable to purchase the follow-
ing described property from Carrie Hogue, fo~erly Carrie Beirer, for the purchase
price of ~enty-five ($25.00) Dollars, fop the reason that the same is also necessary
in connection with the said sanitary fill, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 7, Navy Yard Addition to TPacyton, Kitsap County, Washington,
and that the City Clerk be directed and instructed to execute a warrant in the s~ of
Twenty-five ($25.O0) Dollars, drawn on the Health and Sanitation F~md, ~n favor of
Carrie Hogue, in o~der that the s~e may be sent with a ~eed to the Florida B~n~ o~
Orlando, so that the deed can be signed and returned to the City of Bremerton,.and a
warrant delivered to said Carrie Hogue by said b~k.
PASSED by the City Co~ission of the City of BPemerton, signed by the ~,iayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 15th day of April,
1942.
