RESOLUTION NO. 206
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission of the City of Bremerton author!.ze the
City Attorney to settle the lawsuit of Joseph L. Farrar, et ux, and J. J. 0keson,
et ux, plaintiffs vs. City of Bremerton and the Valley Construction Company, defend-
ants, Kitsap Cause No. 16095, on the following basis: The City to pay ~$75.00~ and
the Valley Construction Company to pay $125.OO, making a total settlement of $200.00,
in full and complete satisfaction of all claims of the said plaint~ffs against bhe
City of Bremerton.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said sum of $75.00 be made by a verified claim o£
the said plaintiffs or their attorney, and charged against the City Street Depart-
ment.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Breme~ton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 8th day of
April, 1942.
