RESOLUTION NO. 203
WHEREAS, the following described premises are urgently needed by the United
States of America for military purposes, and that the said premises are not being
used at the present time for any city purpose and it is to the best interests of
the City of Bremerton that said premises be leased to the United States of America.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to
execute and deliver a lease to the United States of America, leasing the following
described premises for military purposes, to-wit:
The basement of the Bremerton City Hall Building, except those parts
k~own as the Garage, F~rnace Room and Jail, located in the City of
Bremerton, State of Washington,
for the annual rental of Three h~mdred sixty ($360.00) Dollars, under the terms and
conditions agreed upon.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authent'[cation of such passage, this 3rd day of
April, 1942.
