its water system, pursuant to project known and designated by the Federal Works
Agency as Docket 45-165, and it is required under the terms of the Government.'s
Offer of detailed "terms and conditions" that the City of Bremerton shall determine
minimt~ wage rates for the various classifications of laborers and mechanics
engaged in work on the project, Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the hourly wage rates, as specifically listed and
tabulated on the hereto attached document, entitled: "Rates of Wages," be and
said wage rates are hereby adopted by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton
as the minimum wage rates of the various classifications of laborers and mechanics
to be engaged on work on the said project;
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 18th day
of March, 1942.
