RESOLUTION NO. 195
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the City
Commission hereby ratifies and confirms the various steps, actions and proceed-
ings taken by the Housing Authority of the City of Bremerton on behalf of the City
of Bremerton in connection with the construction of a Fire Station and Fire Alarm
System in the City of Bremerton, Federal Works Agency, Docket No. Wash. 45-125,
and. hereby particularly ratifies and confirms the execution and submission to the
Federal Works Agency and the United States Government of the Grant, Requisition
and supporting documents therefor, and that the various steps, actions and pro-
ceedings taken by the Housing Authority of the City of Bremerton in connection
with the said Docket No. Wash. 45-125, are hereby ratified, confirmed and adopted
as the official action of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 4th day of
March, 1942.
