WHEREAS. the following described real property is urgently ~eed~] by School
District 100-C, K~tsa~ County, Was~ington, for the construction of a Junior High
School and the said reel property is owned by the City of Bremerton and is not
being used at the present time for any city purpose and it is to the best ~nterests
of the City of Bremerton that the said Junior High School be built on sa~.d rea]~
property,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton
that the ~ayor and City Clerk be and they are authorized to execute and deliver a
d~ed whereby the following described rea]. property is conveyed by quit claim deed
to School District 100-C. Kitsap County, Washington, for school, purposes, to-w~_t:
Southwest quarter of the Scut.beast quarter of Section 15, Township 24
N Range 1 East W.Ni., commencing at ~ point which is North 30.10 feet
e,-]d East 15 feet from the Southwest corner of the Southeast qusrter of
sa.~d section, townsh~_D and range, the true point of beg~.nning; thence
North 89o37'53" E 316:50 feet; thence S 00°00~12'' W. 30 feet; thence
