BE IT RESOLVED by the City Comm~.ssfon of the City of Bremerton that hhe Ms. yo~
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to s~gn, on behalf of the City of Bremerton
three sesarate applications for leasing of harbor areas for sewer r~chts of way
easements and for two different public float locations, which said sn?l~cat]ons he,Ta
on this day been read to the City Commission, and that the City Clerk ~s hereby
authorized to execrate three (3) warrants, drawn on the Current Expense Fund, ~.n the
respective s~mms of Ten (~10.00) I~llars, payable to the Commissioner of Public
Lands, for filing fees for filing said applications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL~O that J. Lee Berry be authorized to file said applications
and to attac~ necessary plats or maps thereto on behalf of the City Commission.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the C~ty Clerk in a~thenttcatton of such passage, this 14th day of
February, 1942.
