WHEREAS, by mistake and inadvertence, the following legal description was used in
Section 2, of Resolution No. 163:
"Pitt Avenue from East. Eleventh Street to East Fourteenth Street; also
Harkins Street from Winfield Avenue to Pitt Avenue, by clearing, grubbing,
grading, graveling and oiling and the construction of concrete sidewalks."
AND WHEREAS, the improvement intended to be described and on which the C.ity Engineer
computed the estimated costs and expense of such improvement, as required in Sect_~ons 3
and 4 of said Resolution, and on which the City Clerk gave notice as required by
Section 5 of said Resolution, and on which a hearing was regularly held as provided b'y
Section 6 of said Resolution, is as follows, to-wit:
Pitt Avenue from East Eleventh Street to East Thirteenth Street, also Harkins
Street from Winfield Avenue to Pitt Avenue, all by clearing, grubbing, gravel-
ing and oiling and the construction of concrete sidewalks.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that
Section 9 of Resolution No. 163, passed by the City ¢on~ission on December 3, 1941, be
and the said Section 2 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. That it is the intention of the City Commission of the City
of Bremerton to order the improvement of Pitt Avenue from East Eleventh
Street to East Thirteenth Street, also Harkins Street from Winfield Avenue
to Pitt Avenue, all by clearing, grubbing, grading, graveling and oiling
and the construction of concrete sidewalks, together with the doing of
any and all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to
make s~ch improvements a complete job, all in accordance with plans and
specifications to be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk _f.n the
City of Bremerton, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars."
PASSED by the City Com~tssion of the 'City of Bremerton, signed by the ~-~ayor and
attested by the City Clerk this 4th day of Febr~ary, 1942. -
